Tony Khan Addresses Future Of AEW Video Games Following Release Of AEW: Fight Forever

AEW’s first video game, AEW Fight Forever, was released to mixed reviews and bugs that impacted gamers’ experiences.

However, the company has continued to support the game by releasing various DLC packs and adding more content. Now, over a year old, fans are wondering when the next game will be released.

While speaking to Mr. Wright Way, AEW CEO Tony Khan was asked about AEW’s plans for future video games.

“That’s a great question. I think it was a great experience for us, and it’s going to be an important focus for AEW as a multimedia conglomerate and a worldwide corporation. Definitely, it was a great first entry. People can still play AEW Fight Forever all over the world, and we’re fully supporting that right now. I’m really excited about Fight Forever because there’s still more wrestlers and exciting things coming to the game. Eventually, we’ll absolutely continue to put out more AEW games, but for now, our focus is on making Fight Forever the best experience it can be. There are so many opportunities in the world of gaming, to your point.”
