Chris Jericho dedicates Wrestle Kingdom 12 match to his “fallen brothers” Chris Benoit and Eddie Guerrero

There are probably a lot of things going through Chris Jericho’s mind as he prepares for his match against Kenny Omega at Wrestle Kingdom 12. After all, this is a match that would have been unheard of until Jericho blew everyone’s mind and broke the internet in the process by showing up to challenge The Cleaner.

But Jericho is missing some people in his life who would probably have loved to see him wrestling in such a huge match at Wrestle Kingdom 12. Chris Jericho became friends with Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit as they made towns all over the world together for a long time. But sadly, Guerrero and Benoit are no longer with us however, Y2J isn’t going to let their memory die as well.

When a fan sent in some really nice art featuring Jericho, Benoit, and Guerrero, The Ayatollah Of Rock n Rolla responded by saying he was dedicating hiw Wrestle Kingdom 12 match against Kenny Omega to his “fallen brothers.’ While Benoit’s name is blacklisted in WWE, he still contributed a great deal to Jericho’s career and Y2J felt the need to honor that.

It was a very cool move on Jericho’s part and yet another thing he’s doing along this program with Kenny Omega on the way to the Tokyo Dome that he would never be able to pull off in WWE.
