WATCH: TK Cooper apparently breaks his ankle at PROGRESS debut show in NYC

TK Cooper was injured during a high-risk spot off the top rope at PROGRESS Wrestling’s first-ever show in New York City. According to fans in attendance, the match was immediately stopped after the referee threw up the “X” sign and eventually restarted as a handicap match.

Just hours before the show, it was announced that current WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne would not be able to wrestle at this weekend’s shows but he would be appearing. PROGRESS co-owner announced that Dunne was injured at a show Friday night and required stitches on his head.
