Joey Ryan wins one of his court cases with default judgement against speaking out accuser

Joey Ryan, real name Joseph R. Meehan, was victorious by getting a default judgement against a woman who made allegations against him during the Speaking Out movement last year.

He filed a lawsuit back in October with the United States District and Central Court to claim that a woman made false allegations against him, which caused damages to his reputation and his livelihood.

The defendant in the case did not respond in time and as a result, the judgement was ruled in Ryan’s favor. The news was first reported by SoCalUncensored and Heel By Nature has since added some more details regarding the case.

Ryan’s legal reps state that back on October 26th the defendant was served with a court summons and copy of the complaint by a processing agent, but she did not respond to the summons or complaint.

The court records show that the summons was left at her residence, but it was never personally served to her.
