For those of you wondering if the issues with Jeff Jarrett-GFW-Anthem were addressed on Wednesday’s conference call, well, it was briefly mentioned but it was made clear that they would NOT be taking questions about it.
Ross Forman started the conference by reading the statement that was posted on their website and then added, “that is our statement. That is our only statement. During this teleconference, myself and Johnny Impact will not be taking any questions whatsoever on the topic and/or Jeff Jarrett.” There was no mention about the Sports Illustrated article about a potential sale of the company. Dutch Mantell, a close friend of Jeff Jarrett, took to Twitter to downplay the reports without being specific on what part of the story is inaccurate. If this all sounds familiar to you, it’s probably because we’ve been through all of this before. The backstage stories that were downplayed last year by Dixie Carter and others all turned out to be true.
What if everything you read on the Internet was true? Just saying. People love gossip. @IMPACTWRESTLING @sonjaydutterson

Elvis is alive. But in bad shape. Saw him outside Memphis in a bar with Jerry Lee Lewis. Great show till Chuck Berry came in.
