TNA issued the following preview for tonight’s episode of Impact Wrestling:
After 620 days of being undefeated, last week EC3 finally got his opportunity at The TNA World Title against Kurt Angle, and somehow EC3 was able to earn the victory. EC3 is now World Champion. Everything changes and it starts tonight on Destination America at 9 PM EST/8PM CST. Welcome to The Reign of Carter.
EC3 is planning on doing something that has never been done before and that is defend his title against three opponents in one night. Yes, three one on one matches a week after facing Kurt Angle for The World Title. EC3 wouldn’t tell us who these men are, but promised, “these are three of the top athletes to ever step foot in a wrestling ring.” We have to take EC3’s word for it, as we can’t seem to get any other information at this time. Who will face the new face of Impact Wrestling?
The Broman’s have just one thing left in common at this point, hatred. Robbie and Jessie loathe each other and at Slammiversary Robbie was able to defeat Jessie. This rivalry is far from over, as Wednesday night the former tag team champions face off in a Street Fight! Anything goes and that is how Robbie and Jessie want it!
