WWE Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green had an interesting exchange with a fan on social media regarding Tessa Blanchard, who recently returned to TNA Wrestling. This move was met with mixed reactions from fans and those in the promotion.
There have been allegations of racial slurs and bullying behavior from several wrestlers made against Blanchard. La Rosa Negra was one of the alleged targets of the racial slurs. She and Blanchard have shared photos of each other since then.
Blanchard never issued a public apology about the allegations. In the wake of the allegations, Green shared her support for Blanchard’s accusers.
Green commented on being called an “uplifting force” in WWE by writing, “It’s not just me, it’s everyone in our locker room. We have the best locker room in professional wrestling right now. We push eachother to be better… with gear, storylines, moveset, positivity. ♥️ But also some of them deserve an ass kicking…”
A fan responded by saying, “Maybe the girls who drove Tessa Blanchard to suicidal thoughts out of pettiness and jealously are the ones who need their ass beat…” G
Green fired back with, “This is giving me the ick… you thinking defending a racist bully is cool. Someone tell them, lol 🫠”

Green did respond to a Fightful post from last August about a post where Blanchard was talking about her personal stuggles, as seen below:
I don’t wish self-harm or thoughts of suicide on anyone and hope she has found peace. However, a simple 'I am sorry' goes a long way. We haven't heard that yet. Accountability matters, and a redemption tour of interviews won't erase the actions of an egotistical bully.
