Bryan has previously hinted at wanting to wrestle Cody when his deal expires:

As we noted over the weekend, it seems more likely that he will wrestle again when his WWE deal expires next year.
Fans in Brooklyn were on Baron Corbin’s case just prior to NXT Takeover: Brooklyn III. There was a “you f**ked up” chant when fans saw him during the Kickoff show. That is likely a reference to this article.
