Is the heat real? Apparently, if you ask fans on social media, there is real-life heat between Alexa Bliss and Sasha Banks. Bliss was interviewed during Friday’s WWE 2K media event before SummerSlam and she talked about her desire to see women main event at a future WrestleMania. She also talked about her broken arm trick that she’s used on rare occasions during matches. She was also asked about the rumors about alleged real-life heat with Sasha Banks. She said, “The way I see it, Sasha can think or say whatever she wants. As long as it fuels her fire for us to have a good match, I’m fine with it.”
Listen to her comments below:
I have no idea if the heat is real but the story is that it started after Sasha stiffed Alexa in the face and broke her nose in NXT back in 2014. Sasha also bloodied her nose on a second occasion in 2015. They also do not follow each other on social media.
There was also this tweet (just one of many like these) from 2016:
… aw yeah … it's probably best you don't 😈

Last year, Alexa did an interview where she talked about all of the women that helped her in NXT. The one person she failed to mention was Sasha Banks.
The Alexa-Sasha beef is still real https://t.co/zLblvfWDuj pic.twitter.com/yMDd7uRCXD

I’m not sure what to say about this next GIF
Some people have cited this interview from July with Sasha on an episode of Raw Talk as more evidence that they dislike each other. She was in character for some of it but there were some parts that came off like she was shooting on Alexa with her comments on Alexa using WWE to get into Hollywood, not being a real wrestling fan, and not being able to tell the difference between Matt and Jeff Hardy.
Several fans noticed that they were laying in some stiff looking shots during SummerSlam. I don’t think this real-life feud could compare to Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart in 1997 but it’s certainly making things more interesting for fans that are looking for more clues whenever they are in the ring together.
