Jim Cornette has never been one to hold his opinions back and it looks like he’s unloading once more about a recent event on Impact Wrestling
As we previously reported, Eddie Edwards took a baseball bat to the face courtesy of Sami Callihan at the latest set of Impact Wrestling television tapings. The episode featuring the ordeal aired this week and Impact Wrestling showed pretty much the whole thing although they did cut out all the blood afterward and you can see that clip here.
Jim Cornette recently had a cup of coffee in Impact Wrestling and Eddie Edwards was one of those guys who left a very good impression with Corney. So when Cornette saw the clip of Eddie taking a baseball bat to the face, to say he was livid was probably an understatement.
There will likely be more to come from Cornette because he could very well fill up some time on one of his podcasts next week talking about the spot. So be forewarned that Jim Cornette is not very happy with Sami Callihan right now.

But by the looks of it, Sami Callihan doesn’t seem phased by Cornette’s opinion because he has his rising bank account to entertain him.
