The House Of Hardy and Global Force Wrestling don’t get along very well. Ever since the Hardys traveled through space and time to leave Impact Wrestling fans had to say goodbye to their Broken Brilliance. The reason being that Impact Wrestling, now GFW won’t allow The Hardys to use their beloved Broken gimmick.
Some people think the Hardys got a raw deal (pun intended). But Jeff Jarrett recently said in a teleconference the intellectual property laws are very cut and dry on the matter. Try as they might, GFW won’t let go of the Broken Universe unless someone pays for it. GFW also reportedly wants a cut of all future merch sales related to the Broken Hardys.
Matt Hardy recently got into the spirit of sharing Matt Facts again. After all, Matt Hardy V1 is a gimmick he can use in WWE. The former Broken Matt shared a rather interesting Matt Fact today and in the process, he revealed some info on his finances.
It turns out the House Of Hardy spent a good deal of their own money on The Final Deletion. Only time will tell if Matt, Jeff, and Reby will ever get their money back from GFW but we hope they saved the receipts for tax write-offs.
FUN FACT-Myself, Jeff & Reby spent $2500 & 4 days creating The Final Deletion set, with ZERO help from TNA, as it was our vision & creation.
