Buddy Murphy is way more than just the guy who’s in a relationship with Alexa Bliss. He is also a pretty good pro wrestler and has an NXT Tag Team Championship in his resume for a reason.
But while Little Miss Bliss is on the road, he is keeping busy in the WWE Performance Center and at home with their animals. However, it looks like all that hard work in the gym has paid off because not only does Murphy look great in a selfie he recently posted to his Instagram story, but he also included a rather interesting choice of caption which had made a lot of people wonder what WWE could have in store for him.
205 Live has gone through a few changes since Enzo Amore’s exit a couple short weeks ago. There is a new 205 Live GM in Drake Maverick (Rockstar Spud) and Roderick Strong is on his way to WWE’s weekly Cruiserweight showcase next week as well. But maybe there’s also room for Buddy Murphy?
The fact is with a 16-man tournament to crown a new WWE Cruiserweight Champion that they need more bodies on 205 Live. Even if it’s just a one-shot deal, Murphy could very well be brought up to fill a spot in that regard. After all, WWE used Tyler Bate this week even though he lost to TJP.
Judging by his selfie, he’s not only looking ready but he also proudly proclaimed that he is at 205 pounds which is the ideal weight for a certain show currently in need of a Cruiserweight Champion.
