There was a WWE reunion on Valentine’s Day in Las Vegas. As seen in the photos below, Sasha Banks and former WWE star Danielle Moinet (the former Summer Rae) hung out with former WWE make-up artist Stella Kae. You might remember that we wrote about Kae a few weeks ago after she called out WWE for allegedly underpaying the female wrestlers compared to what the men are paid. Although she is no longer with the company, Kae remains friends with many current and former Superstars.

Ronda Rousey is probably a couple of months away from her first WWE match and there’s a lot of speculation on who she will face. Nikki Bella and others have taken shots at her on social media. Nia Jax commented on a recent Instagram post from Ronda Rousey.
Rousey wrote, “What seems like several lifetimes ago… my dreams of Olympic gold never came true, but time has made me thankful for falling short of gold #falldown7timesgetup8 #judo”
Jax responded, “I like to see you try this move on me ?”

For those of you that have asked, the comments directed at Rousey are all storyline-related, presumably to make fans believe that there is real-life heat. You have to wonder if the criticism from the talent is a good thing as far as public perception because there is a large part of the fanbase that resents Rousey for “taking a spot” from someone else on the roster. It will be interesting to see what kind of reaction she gets when she signs her Raw contract at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view.
