Sheamus Predicts R-Truth WWE Return: There’s No Way He’s “Not Going To Come Back At Some Stage”

WWE Superstar Sheamus has weighed in on the recent news of R-Truth’s contract not being renewed by WWE. This comes after WWE fans have vocally supported R-Truth with chants on both Raw and NXT following his expected departure.

Speaking on The Pat McAfee Show on Wednesday, Sheamus highlighted R-Truth’s unique connection with the fans. “From our perspective, what we do, entertainment, it’s about entertaining the fans and people… get to know who that person is and they get to fall in love with the character and the personality,” Sheamus explained. “For Truth for example, he’s one of the most beloved because he’s one of the most entertaining.”

Sheamus also shared a personal connection about their early days. “I had my first dark match against him when I came up… and R-Truth had just come back… from then we bonded… it’s that fella walking in the dressing room and it’s just a laugh. He’s got a contagious laugh that would just light up the room.”

Despite the current situation, Sheamus is optimistic about Truth’s WWE future: “It’s not the end. It’s a bit of, sometimes it’s a bit of a break, there’s no way Truth is not going to come back at some stage.”
