It was a crazy set of television tapings and the fun is just beginning for fans of GFW. On the heels of some crazy drama, there was a huge gauntlet match set up to determine the new GFW World Heavyweight Champion since Alberto El Patron has been stripped of his title.
The television tapings were full of their fair share of shocking events including a legendary pro wrestling personality showing up out of the blue (unless you knew it was happening already). During his debut with the company, this famous face ended up firing Bruce Prichard. If you know anything about Bruce from his podcast it’s that he doesn’t take getting fired very well.
After the intense battle of a 20-man gauntlet match, the crowd was at a fever pitch. Reports are everyone was very much with this main event and more than excited by the outcome.
In the end, Eli Drake pulled off the win to become the new Global Force Wrestling Heavyweight Champion.
