The next generation of the Styles family is ready to step into the ring.
Avery Styles, the son of WWE Hall of Famer AJ Styles, is set to make his pro wrestling debut on Friday, June 26, for SCA Wrestling’s Freedom Fling event at the Royston Dome in Royston, Georgia. He will face The Program’s Ashton Martin in one-on-one action, with his father in his corner.
“JUST ANNOUNCED: AVERY STYLES will make his pro wrestling debut in Royston, GA, with WWE HALL OF FAMER, ‘THE PHENOMENAL’ AJ STYLES IN HIS CORNER,” SCA Wrestling wrote in the announcement on Facebook. “He takes on The Program’s Ashton Martin in one on one action!”
The debut comes just months after AJ Styles wrapped up his own in-ring career, having retired following his loss to Gunther at the 2026 Royal Rumble. Around that time, Styles left the door open to one more match, specifically the chance to share the ring with his son.
“I mean, what if my son wrestles? The opportunity to tag with him once. You never know,” Styles said in comments after the Rumble.
In May, he shared a training video of himself executing his father’s Spiral Tap onto a crash pad, drawing plenty of attention from fans curious to see whether he can follow in his father’s footsteps.
