TKO’s annual proxy statement filed with the SEC has revealed the 2025 compensation for the company’s key executives, shedding light on the financial rewards at the top of the organization that owns both WWE and UFC.
WWE President Nick Khan earned $24.3 million for 2025, a figure comprising $2 million in base salary, $11 million in stock awards, and more than $10 million in bonuses. Of that bonus total, $3.7 million was attributed to his work as Zuffa Boxing promoter, a role tied to TKO’s partnership with Sela, a Saudi Arabian entertainment conglomerate owned by the Public Investment Fund.
TKO President Mark Shapiro, who has become an increasingly public face for the company at major events and speaking engagements, earned $42.6 million for the year.
TKO CEO Ari Emanuel, who has been credited with bringing The Rock into WWE for last February’s Elimination Chamber appearance and with inserting Pat McAfee into the Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton WrestleMania 42 angle, earned $67.4 million.
Vince McMahon is still listed in the filing as the biggest individual Class A stockholder with 6,442,325 shares worth roughly $1.2 billion at current value, though he does not draw any TKO salary. McMahon resigned from the company in January 2024 in the wake of a sexual abuse lawsuit filed by Janel Grant.
