WWE Fastlane is coming at us quickly and will mark the last time SmackDown Live has a pay-per-view all to themselves for the foreseeable future.
On this week’s episode of SmackDown Live, The New Day battled Shelton Benjamin and Chad gable in a #1 contender’s match to determine who would go to face The Usos at Fastlane.
After a pretty intense and equally matched contest, Xavier Woods ended up catching Shelton Benjamin with a shining wizard and securing the pinfall for his team.
Therefore The New Day will battle The Usos once again at Fastlane in a match where they have the opportunity to try and top their previous outings against each other.
This calls for a celebration! #TheNewDay will challenge @WWEUsos for the #SDLive #TagTeamTitles at #WWEFastlane! @XavierWoodsPhD @WWEBigE @TrueKofi pic.twitter.com/Hx81P7V2eZ

The Riott Squad also defeated Charlotte Flair, Naomi, and Becky Lynch on this week’s SmackDown Live. This prompted Ruby Riott to say if Charlotte wanted a piece of her then it would have to be for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at Fastlane. This match was later made official as well.
Here is rest of the updated Fastlane card so far:
