A recent Instagram post by Natalya has fueled speculation that Ronda Rousey will be returning to compete in the Women’s WWE Royal Rumble match.
As you can see below, Natalya posted a photo of herself with Rousey. It wouldn’t be considered a big deal by fans if the photo had been posted at another time of the year but the timing is interesting since we are just hours away from the Rumble pay-per-view.
I asked a source in the company about Rousey and I was told that as of an hour ago, she was not seen at the WWE hotel in Houston. So, if there are plans for Rousey to appear tomorrow night then it’s likely that she will be flown in late in the day and snuck into the arena late into the show in an attempt to avoid spoilers from leaking out.
In late September, Stephanie McMahon told us that Rousey would be back “soon.” Rousey has been off WWE TV since last April after announcing that she and husband Travis Browne were going to try to start a family.
