TMZ Sports recently caught up with WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair for a new interview.
During the interview, Flair said a wrestling match between his daughter, Charlotte Flair, and The Rock’s daughter, Simone Johnson, would be phenomenal.
“I have not [thought about it], but I’m sure it’s crossed their mind. They can see it down the road. It would be phenomenal! I haven’t seen her wrestle yet, so it’s hard to predict. She’s got his genetics and she’s got determination. I know that she’s been dying to do this.”
Simone had been working out in the ring to see if wrestling would be a fit for her. Last month, that all changed as she made the decision to go full-time.
This led to her signing a contract with WWE and starting to train as a developmental talent for the company at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
While many fans would like to see this match, it appears that we’re a few years away as Simone hasn’t even made her pro wrestling in-ring debut or appear on NXT TV.
