He stripped to his birthday suit to execute some naked snow angels. Sheamus seems to have some interesting workout techniques which he displays on his Celtic Warrior Workouts YouTube channel. If you haven’t checked it out, it’s pretty entertaining. He certainly puts his body through some extreme punishment to keep up that look.
He’s been doing these workout videos for a couple months now but naked snow angeling has to take the cake.
If you were wondering whether or not this is the first time Sheamus has put his body through extreme temperatures for the sake of other people’s enjoyment then you’d be wrong. Just last week Sheamus found himself taking a dip in freezing cold water on Christmas Day.
