WWE considering another title match changed for SummerSlam

WWE has a lot of room to work when it comes to planning the Biggest Party Of The Summer but the time is still ticking away on them. They are now putting the finishing touches on a few planned story lines leading up to the big event. A couple of title matches still need a bit of tweaking and the Universal Title Match at SummerSlam isn’t the only match still being worked on (Click here to find out what is being considered for the SummerSlam main event).

The Raw Women’s Title match at SummerSlam might also need some sprucing up too. The initial plan was for Alexa Bliss to defend her Raw Women’s Title against Nia Jax in a singles match. While that is still likely it is also looking like Sasha Banks and/or Bayley could be inserted into the match as well. If they go with a multi-person match for the Universal Title and Raw Women’s Title the SummerSlam card is going to be beastly.

Dave Meltzer recently said in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the story going around is the Raw Women’s Title match at SummerSlam is slated to be a four-way match. Alexa Bliss will defend her title against Nia Jax, Sasha Banks, and Bayley. It is highly possible this is why they let Bayley go over after making her look so beatable in the last few weeks. There might be hope for her yet.
