Whatโ€™s next for the NXT Tag Team Division after NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn III?

The NXT Tag Team Division was left with a lot of unanswered questions after NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn III. Authors Of Pain finally tasted defeat and there was an invasion of sorts in the form of Kyle Oโ€™Reilly and Bobby Fish. Whether theyโ€™re being billed as reDRagon or not is beside the point, the fact is theyโ€™re going for the gold and itโ€™s a very exciting proposition.

Fish and Oโ€™Reilly beat down everyone in the ring leaving the NXT Tag Team Divisionโ€™s top guys a broken heap in the ring.

Dave Meltzer recently discussed the NXT Tag Team Division and what could be next on Wrestling Observer Radio.

โ€œIt was hard to sense with the Authors of Pain whether that loss is setting to bring them upโ€ Meltzer said. โ€œI mean Fish and Oโ€™Reilly did attack them both so they could be doing a three-way program and it feels early for the Authors of Pain to go up [to the WWE main roster] but you know SaNITy obviously isnโ€™t.โ€

He continued to discuss another angle on the TakeOver: Brooklyn III show when Andrade Cien Almas came out victorious over Johnny Gargano.

โ€œ[Andrade Cien] Almas โ€” I guess Almas had to win as great as Johnny Gargano did in that match. They gotta get [Almas and Zelina Vega] over as a unit. So he pretty much had to win that match I think realistically. What a great opener that was.โ€

What ever happens after NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn III, one thing is for sure theyโ€™ve certainly piqued our interest.
