The Undertaker did not appear at SummerSlam but he was still in New York City while the show was on. His wife Michelle McCool posted a photo of herself, Fit Finlay, and Natalya from backstage during the show.
As we noted back in May, he was in NYC in May for hip surgery so his visit could be related to that or they just wanted to visit with friends. Taker could also have been in town to film stuff for 2K Sports.
