This week’s episode of WWE Mixed Match Challenge on Facebook Watch featured Elias and Bayley taking on real-life couple Rusev and Lana.
Lana got the pin on Bayley and it’s clear that the training she is getting from Rusev is helping because it looks like she is improving in the ring. The announcers played it up as her first victory. Well, that would be true if you ignore her victories on NXT live events.
Either the show was running short or they just wanted to let the moment soak in because Rusev and Lana stood in the center of the ring for a few minutes until the show went off the air.
Rusev took to Twitter to comment on his wife’s big career milestone:
