By now most fans know that plans change in WWE and that is apparently what happened with Ronda Rousey this week on Monday Night Raw.
Despite the fact that WWE announced last week that Rousey would appear on every Raw leading up to WrestleMania, she was not on this week’s show and there was no explanation given. In fact, WWE has deleted their WWE.com article that touted that she would be on Raw every week for the Mania hype. The article now points to Rousey’s profile page. They’ve also deleted their tweet from last week that read: “It’s about to get a lot more ROWDY as @RondaRousey will appear on EVERY #RAW leading up to #WrestleMania!” They also deleted a video titled “Ronda Rousey will be at every Raw leading up to WrestleMania.”
WWE announced in January that Rousey would be a full-time Superstar but I don’t think anyone was expecting her to actually work a full-time schedule. Pulling her off Raw after advertising her could backfire if they are not careful. She has been getting good crowd reactions but the fans could turn on her if she’s seen as the next part-timer like Brock Lesnar. Lesnar gets cheered during his matches but there’s a large chunk of the fanbase that resents him.

As of this writing, Rousey is scheduled to appear on the following Raw TV shows:
3/19 â American Airlines Center, Dallas
3/26 â Quicken Loans Arena, Cleveland
4/2 â Philips Arena, Atlanta
