AEW’s Rey Fenix: I Needed A Doctor And You Ignored Me For Months

Rey Fenix’s situation with AEW continues to escalate amid his hiatus from the promotion, despite AEW opting to add time to his deal due to missed time because of injury. It’s believed that the time added is close to a year. Fenix is waiting for his deal to expire with AEW before joining forces with Penta El Zero M as Lucha Bros, with the belief that they’re WWE-bound.

As previously reported by Dr. Chris Featherstone of SportsKeeda, he was told that the real reason for the time being added to Fenix’s deal wasn’t due to the report of Lucha Bros. having talks with WWE and Tony Khan being upset about it. 5here is said to be a “real story” behind the situation with Fenix, which is reportedly a “huge injustice.” Featherstone noted that once it comes out, it will get ugly.

Fenix commented on the post, noting it was the most accurate comment he’s seen regarding the reports of his status. He has since posted this cryptic post on Twitter, alleging that he wasn’t given proper treatment by a doctor for months.

He didn’t mention AEW or Tony Khan. Check it out below:
