Jason Jordan’s injury might be more serious than initially thought

Injuries are a part of life in pro wrestling and you can never control when they might spring up and halt a Superstar’s momentum. Jason Jordan was having a pretty good run but now it looks like he’s been sidelined. The fans might not have been on board every step of the way but he was programmed as a replacement for Dean Ambrose at house shows and even picked up the Raw Tag Team Titles alongside Seth Rollins in the process so at least he was on television consistently.

Then Jordan was pulled from house shows for a few weeks and now it looks like things could be up in the air for Kurt Angle’s kayfabe baby boy.

It was initially thought Jason Jordan was having back issues which was why he worked such a light load at the Royal Rumble and did a lot of standing on the apron. But the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports Jordan has a neck injury.

He is apparently having trouble with his grip which is usually a pretty serious sign of a neck problem. It was reported that Jason was slated to be in the Elimination Chamber match but that might not be happening now that he’s apparently experiencing neck issues.

Let’s keep our fingers crossed on this situation.
