One advertised returning Legend has yet to sign deal to appear at ‘Raw 25’

Everyone listed on the WWE website for the Raw 25th anniversary show has an agreement to be at the show…except for one wrestler. On Sunday’s Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that a deal between and WWE had not been reached yet and, as of Saturday, Jericho had yet to sign anything that would indicate that he was committed to appearing. It’s kind of odd because Jericho is all over the ads promoting the show and he is one of the main names listed on the graphic for the Raw 25th anniversary show page on WWE.com.

Jericho and Vince McMahon have a good relationship and New Japan Pro Wrestling has known that Jericho could possibly be making an appearance on the show so there shouldn’t be any issues and it’s likely that something will be worked out before the show.

Jericho has a lot on his plate right now. His t-shirts are selling at a record pace at Hot Topic, he is scheduled for at least one match with Tetsuya Naito in New Japan Pro Wrestling, he is set to go on tour again with his band Fozzy, and the Jericho cruise sets sail later this year. For those of you that have asked, he will be in France on the day of the Royal Rumble so don’t expect him to be in the Rumble match as a surprise entrant.
