It’s hard to believe that a guy who used to make veiled references to marijuana on live television and yell “suck it” all the time is the head creative mind of SmackDown Live. But Road Dogg is the top dog of WWE’s blue brand.
After Sunday’s Battleground show a lot of people were left feeling unsatisfied, to say the least. The main event was panned and the finish to the AJ Styles/Kevin Owens match was totally screwed up. At the time we knew the US Title match didn’t end right, but in time we would really discover why.
There were some fans out there who wanted to place all of the blame on the D-O-Double G. The ending of the Shinsuke Nakamura and Baron Corbin match might have been the straw to break the camel’s back as Road Dogg broke his silence and responded in full force.
Of course, it didn’t stop there. So be prepared to read some pretty amazing tweets for the rest of this article.
Don't understand your tweet.

Thanks for sticking up and understanding. Most are not willing to try to understand all the variables. They need someone to blame! It's me!

Road Dogg’s Twitter response spree soon became a full-fledged block party as he soon grew tired of other people’s opinions on his work.

RoadDogg is one word. It's my name so I should know. And, it's made up so I can make up the rules too

Of course, it wasn’t all bad. Some people actually had Road Dogg’s back and he certainly realized that.
Well said! I'd argue that they're not fans at all but critics. I ENJOY the things I'm a fan of!

That's a fair assessment Nathan. Thanks for being fair and respectful dude.
