Samoa Joe confirmed what we posted on Sunday morning regarding a possible injury at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn II. Following his match with Shinsuke Nakamura, the referee held up the “X” sign to signal for trainers to come down and check on him.
The referees and trainers walked up the ramp with Joe after the show went off the air. It looked like Joe hurt his jaw after getting nailed with a hard knee shot from Nakamura.
Joe confirmed that he had his jaw dislocated and is looking forward to being cleared soon. We wish Joe a speedy recovery.
