WWE Champion Jinder Mahal will be appearing at next month’s UFC 215. He will be in the corner of Arjan Bhullar as he takes on Luis Henrique Barbosa de Oliveira. According to Bhullar, Dana White pulled some strings to make this happen.
Bhullar wrote:
When we as a people can genuinely support each other amazing is possible. I was able to watch The Maharaja do his thing in Vancouver and now I’m excited to announce @wwe Champ @jindermahal will be taking time away from his busy schedule to accompany the Team for my debut fight in his home province of Alberta. Shout out to the boss @danawhite for hooking up the VIP treatment

It’s not clear if that fight will air on the main pay-per-view broadcast. It may end up on FS1 or on UFC’s Fight Pass streaming service. That show will be headlined by Demetrious Johnson defending the Flyweight Championship against Ray Borg and Amanda Nunes defending her Women’s Bantamweight Championship against Valentina Schevchenko.
