The case against the driver responsible for the death of Jan Ross, the wife of WWE Hall Of Famer Jim Ross, appears to be over. As Ross, said, it’s a sad world we live in because there were no charges filed. Ross also noted that the driver got to keep his driver’s license. Jan was riding her Vespa last March on the way home from the gym when she was struck from behind by a vehicle.
Ross wrote: “This morning norman judge Steven Stice felt compelled to dismiss vehicular homicide charge against the 17 year old in my wife Jan’s death. The state objected to no avail. The driver never even lost his drivers license. Sad world in which we live, folks.”
This has been a tough year for JR. We send along our best wishes to him.
