As many of you know by now, Vince McMahon is set to make a major sports announcement today. Over the last couple of months, McMahon’s Alpha Entertainment has been trademarking UFL and XFL names so it’s kind of been up in the air on whether he would relaunch his football league under the old name or something brand new.
Well, it looks like it will indeed be the XFL because the logo was briefly shown on the YouTube live stream page. The logo is slightly modified from the one they used in 2001. It has the same design with the big X behind the XFL letters but they’ve updated the font and the big X is blue instead of black.
