WWE United Kingdom star Tyler Bate took to Twitter on Tuesday and seemingly responded to rumors going around about him having heat with WWE management. For those of you that missed it, click here to read the story.
Bate did not directly reference the rumors and he did not directly mention Dave Meltzer but his tweet comes off as a denial. Perhaps he doesn’t realize that there is heat on him or perhaps Meltzer’s source was wrong.
I should add that it’s been months since he’s lost a singles match and there were people scratching their heads when Bate was booked on an episode of 205 Live in November so he could lose to Enzo Amore. There was no follow-up after that match.
