Eddie Guerrero’s Daughter, Sherilyn Guerrero, Joins Booker T’s Wrestling School

The legendary Guerrero family legacy in professional wrestling is set to add another chapter. Sherilyn Guerrero, the daughter of the late WWE Hall of Famer Eddie Guerrero, has officially begun her own journey into the industry.

Booker T’s Texas-based Reality of Wrestling promotion and training school announced that Sherilyn has joined their program. In an Instagram post, the promotion shared a photo of Guerrero at the facility, ready to begin her training.

“Welcome the newest member of the Reality of Wrestling Training School — @sherilynguerreroo,” the caption read. “The daughter of the legendary Eddie Guerrero now begins her own journey into the world of professional wrestling”.

The announcement was met with supportive comments from figures within the wrestling world, including WWE star and former Reality of Wrestling standout Roxanne Perez, who commented with supportive emojis.

Reality of Wrestling, founded by fellow WWE Hall of Famer Booker T, is one of the most prominent independent promotions and training schools in the United States. Based in Houston, Texas, the school has a strong reputation for developing talent, with numerous graduates going on to sign with major promotions like WWE and AEW. Notable alumni include Roxanne Perez, Athena, and The Usos (who trained with Booker T early in their careers), among many others.

Sherilyn is not the first in her immediate family to follow in her father’s footsteps. Her older sister, Shaul Guerrero, wrestled for WWE’s developmental territory, Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), under the ring name Raquel Diaz, where she became an FCW Divas Champion. Her mother, Vickie Guerrero, also had a memorable, long-running career in WWE as an on-screen authority figure and manager.

The Guerrero family is one of the most respected dynasties in professional wrestling, starting with patriarch Gory Guerrero and continuing through his sons, including Eddie, Chavo Sr., Mando, and Hector. Sherilyn’s cousin, Chavo Guerrero Jr., is also a well-known multi-time champion in WWE and WCW. By joining the Reality of Wrestling school, Sherilyn Guerrero takes her first official step toward carrying that celebrated family name forward for a new generation.
