Nikki Bella said a man she tried to send a drink to on a flight turned her down because he was married.
Bella told the story on Monday’s episode of SiriusXM’s The Nikki & Brie Show, which she hosts with her twin sister, Brie Bella.
“You want to hear a funny story? So right when it came out and you know, everyone’s reading it, I’m on a plane and this good looking man is, he was sitting like a few rows behind me and I noticed he’s like reading The Shack,” Nikki said. “And so the flight attendant, she comes over. I was like, ‘Can you send that man a drink?’ And then she came back. She goes, ‘Sorry, he said no, he’s married.'”
“And I’m like, ‘Okay.’ And I like gave a thumbs up and I’m like, ‘Oh my god, I’m never doing that again,'” she said.
“That would happen to you,” Brie said.
Nikki said the man laughed and gave her a thumbs up back.
The Shack is William Paul Young’s best-selling 2007 novel, which was later made into a 2017 movie.
Nikki challenges Chelsea Green for the WWE Women’s Championship on the Halloween edition of SmackDown on Friday, October 30, in Charleston, West Virginia. The winner faces Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan at Crown Jewel on November 7 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
